Borage honey is a single flower honey.
 
It is very light in colour with a delicate mild taste that goes perfectly with ice cream or in a cup of tea. 
 
When being awarded it's first star from the 'Guild of Fine Food' it was described as having "a lovely silky texture that melts on the palate".
 
Borage can be known as Starflower which is a seeded herb grown commonly used in the health and beauty industry.
