Delivery

We aim to have all orders packaged and posted within 48 hours of payment, unless stated otherwise.

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail standard delivery, or if your order is over 2kg it will be sent via a courier. 

All orders over £20 will be sent via courier and will be signature only. After two attempts of delivery if no signature is received the parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you, if there is no contact from yourself confirming the item can be delivered again, a refund will be issued minus the postage cost.

Your parcel should arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

In the unlikely occurrence that you need to return your item(s) from us, please contact us to discuss.

You may be asked to return the jar(s) to us before a replacement or a refund can be issued.

Breakages

​

All of our goods are packaged appropriately but accidents can happen that are out of our control. If you received a damaged item from us please get in touch and let us know.
