Also known as Viper Bugloss, Echium honey is very light with a gloden hue. 
 
The taste is very clean with a floral, almost lemon like, afternote which led to this honey receiving a 'Guild of Fine Food' award from the excited judges.
This honey is slow to granulate and goes well with strong cheeses.
