The most prized of all our honeys, this Heather honey is harvested from Exmoor National Park in late Summer.
 
This honey was described by the Guild of Fine Food as "looking like liquid caramel", with the judges applauding the flavour of the gentle heather on their palates. 
 
Whiskey makes a great accompliment to this honey, as well as treating yourself to a spoonful straight from the jar.
